Learning & Development Facilitator II ( Remote )
Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position facilitates Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) courses through a range of delivery channels across multiple Bank locations. Responsible for the content, materials, and success of assigned core curriculum classes. Learns and recommends industry methods for design and facilitation to maximize associate development. Participates in the design and creation of learning solutions.
Responsibilities
• Facilitation - Leads the successful execution of assigned core curriculum classes through a variety of delivery methods. Identifies process inefficiencies and recommends enhancements to L&TD offerings. Attends training webinars and workshops to apply facilitation techniques.
• Course Management - Leverages learning management system reporting to monitor associate enrollment and feedback. Orders materials, assigns external work, and prepares classroom for in-person delivery. Reviews and recommends modifications to learning content.
• Program Development - Supports evolution of L&TD programs by seeking out new knowledge on learning solution design and industry class concepts. Assists in program evaluation, including assessment of processes and results, to enable tactical alignment with Bank goals and objectives.
• Subject Expertise - Serves as subject matter expert on facilitation and of learning solutions. Participates in the creation and maintenance of core curriculum learning plans and resources. Supports specialized workshops and forums.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Customer-facing or service-oriented role OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Customer-facing or service-oriented role
Preferred Area of Experience: Training, Facilitation, or related discipline
License or Certification Type: American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Trainer Certification required within 1 year of hire or placement date Required
If hired in VA, NC, SC, the base pay for this position is generally between $71,000 and $97,000. If hired in MA, the base pay for this position is generally between $75,000 and $101,000. If hired in GA, FL, the base pay for this position is generally between $78,000 and $106,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
